Lecture 1: Sealing and Filling Canals with Cement. A Better Way
This lecture will introduce the startling concept of doing root canal obutrations without any gutta percha. It will go on and show what is the critical element in root canal therapy and how it can be achieved with minimal armamentarium by filling only wiht cement. The lecture will then emphasize on how preparation technique can be made more easy to suit obturating canale which are not necessarily round and how it can make all the difference to the entire biomechnical preparation of the root canal.
