Partnership

Partner of the section/lecture/workshop of the

2nd Global Dental Congress “DENT LIFE 2010” Ukraine

The Partner has the top-prior opportunity to choose the events from the program of the 2nd Global Dental Congress “DentLife 2010” opening for the commercial holding.

The Partner has a right to choose some or all events in the framework of the 2nd Global Dental Congress “DentLife 2010” opening for the commercial holding if they were not reserved by other Partners. (Organizer gives detailed information about reserved options on demand of the Partner).

The package “Partner of the Congress section” is included the cost for work of 1 (one) speaker.

However if the Partner wants to have some lectures/workshops with different speakers Organizer gives these opportunity according to special price.

Organizer gives the detailed information about Congress’s program and the speakers on demand of the Partner.

General Partnership package includes:

  1. The status of the Partner of the section/lecture/workshop of the Congress (depending on selected option).

  2. Placement of company name and logo of the partner indicating the category of partnership in all advertising materials of the Congress:

    • press releases and post press releases, and specialized business publications;

    • email announcing the holding of Congress;

    • on the posters on the Congress, which will be placed in the venue in the date of the Congress, in ministries and agencies that support the Congress, at the press conferences, presentations, conference rooms of Ukrainian House;

    • on the advertising materials about of Congress, which are placed in specialized publications, business press;

    • on the Program of the Congress which distributed by postal mailing according to the specialized database;

    • on the Program of the Congress which distributed by e-mail dispatch according to the specialized database;

    • on the Certificates of the Congress, which are issued to each participant ;

    • on a special page of “Gratitude to the Partners” in the official catalogue of the 2nd International exhibition “DentLife 2010” Autumn in the Congress section. The official catalogue of the event distribute among the participants and visitors of the event, and putting in “Delegate’s bags” for the participants of the Congress;

    • on the official website of "Tree Expo" on the main page of the Congress;

    • on the advertising panels behind of Presidium in Conference Halls;

    • on the advertising panels in and around Official Ceremony area of the events.

  3. Coloured advertising page of the Partner in the official catalogue of the 2nd International exhibition “DentLife 2010” Autumn (3000 edition, format A5, 1 / 1 page, advertising material provided by the partner).

  4. Banner of the Partner in the exposition of the 2nd International exhibition “DentLife 2010” Autumn up to 5 m ? (banner provided by the partner, the location of the Organizer of the event).

  5. Distribution of leaflets / brochures of the Partner in the date of event:

    • at the registration desk of visitors;

    • at the reception;

  6. Welcoming speech from the Partner at official opening ceremony of the 2nd International exhibition “DentLife 2010” Autumn.

  7. Welcoming speech from the Partner at official opening ceremony of the 2nd Global Dental Congress “DentLife 2010” Ukraine.

  8. Radio announcements about the schedule of the Congress, ongoing activities, etc., during the period of work of the events with a voice to the name of the Partner.

  9. Promotional broadcast (radio) of the partner in the days of the events (schedule of outputs agreed with the Organizer).

  10. Standard equipped booth 6-12 sqm (depending on Partner’s status) on the priority location of the 2nd International exhibition “DentLife 2010” Autumn.

  11. Placing posters of the Partner in the Conference Halls of venue during the period of work of the 2nd Global Dental Congress “DentLife 2010” Ukraine.

  12. Distribution of promotional materials of the Partner among the delegates of the Congress (enclosing in the “Delegate’s bags”, allocation on the Reception of delegates). Promotional material provides the Partner.

  13. Speech of the Representative of the Partner in the Congress’s events which the Partner selected for the partnership. Duration of the speech must be not more than 10 minutes. (Speech should be commercial. The number of speeches agreed with the Organizer).

  14. Participation in the Congress of two (2) delegates from Partner.

  15. The presence of the Representative of the Partner in the Presidium during Press Conference. (The Press Conference will take place 2 weeks before the opening of the Congress. The Organizer invites representatives of the media - TV channels, radio stations, business and specialized press, partners, representatives of ministries, associations).

  16. Placement of Partner logo on the advertising panels behind of Presidium during Press conference.

  17. Words of gratitude to the Partner in opening speech of Organizers at Press Conference.

  18. Speech of the Representative of the Partner in Press Conference.

  19. Mention of the Partner in the reports of the press conference which will announce and publish in all invited media (TV channels, radio stations, business and specialized press).

  20. The work of 1 (one) speaker. The speaker’s lecture will be based on materials, technologies or equipment of the Partner, mentioned of the Partner during speaker’s lectures or/and workshops.

  21. Holding of the selected events with using of Partner’s materials or/and equipment. In the case of workshops the Partner gives the materials or/and equipment.

Bonus

Lotteries in the framework of the 2nd Global Dental Congress “DentLife 2010”

The Partner together with Organizer establishes the Award of the lottery (for example, trip to the leading International specialized exhibition, products of the Partner, subscriptions to professional editions, etc.). The Award are played out among the visitors of the 2nd Global Dental Congress “DentLife 2010” and 2nd International exhibition “DentLife 2010” Autumn. (The details are coordinated with the Organizer).

  1. Announcement of the lottery and the Award of the Partner in the presentations, press conferences, specialized and business editions, in the event program to specialists by mail and e-mailing, radio and TV in the during some month before the start of Congress and in the time of Congress work.

  2. Audio announcements during of the Congress and the exhibition (3 days) with the upcoming date of lottery, the award and the name of the Partner.

  3. Partner and Organizer are holding of the lottery and presentation of Award of the in a solemn ceremony (days and time will agreed).

  4. Announcement of gratitude to the Partner during the lottery.

  5. Partner's logo on the certificates of Grand Award.

** All points in “Partnerships packages” do complex.

*** Category of the Partnership (Partner Status) put on all promotional and informational materials of events

**** Direct mailing in "Three Expo” envelopes.

***** The opportunities of Partner’s logo placing or mention of Partner in advertising audio/TV materials about of events which will transmit by radio stations, TV channels and also on big boards around city, need to discuss with Organizer.
